Fish recognizes the first 48 hours of your new fish’s introduction to your
aquarium are the most stressful. We will gladly offer a full credit or
replacement of the fish in question provided the following qualifiers are met:
- Ammonia 0ppm
- Nitrite 0ppm
- Nitrate <60ppm
- pH freshwater 6.8-7.2
- pH saltwater 8.3
- Salinity of 1.017-1.024
Please bring the body of the fish, a
separate water sample, and the receipt for warranty claims.
We are sorry, but we are unable to honor the acclimation warranty on Corals, Invertebrates, Sharks, Rays, or
discounted prices.
Please choose your new tank mates carefully as Marine Fish is unable to ensure fish compatibility. We are
confident in our guidance and suggestions to you, so please feel free to ask,
but we can not ensure that all fish get along at all times in your aquarium.
